Scabrough Paving is one a very small group of female owned DBE paving companies in atlanta. We started out small by providing sub-contracted trucking and hauling services to local contractors needing WBE credits on DOT paving jobs. However, in the process we noted there were few if any WBE’s serving the Metro-Atlanta paving industry. Therefore we quickly moved to extend our services and now we provide full turn- key paving, road, and parking lot construction services. Currently we are making efforts to become the leading woman owned paving company in the Metro Atlanta market. In these efforts we strictly follow the laws and safety rules and provide consistently good service, that is why we have become who we are. OUR HISTORY
Through our past work in hauling we earned a reputation for credibility and reliability. In 2020 we expanded services to include asphalt paving and milling services. By the end of 2021 we had expanded services throughout metro Atlanta counties and offered services to most of central and northern parts of Georgia. Tehn in 2022 we also opened our new office on the north side of Atlanta.

We understand that delivering better services to our clients means that we must use the latest technologies. Accordingly, at Scarbrough Paving we have deployed equipment with the latest ultrasonic sensing control technology and sophisticated temperature scanners that work over the entire paving width, these help reduce fuel consumption and to speed the paving process.

Amanda Scarbrough
Amanda is our owner and she founded Scarbrough Paving in 2020. She has a strong background in construction financing and accounting and has been working in the construction industry for over 15years.
Kevin Blocker
Kevin has more than 40 years of experience in asphalt and roadway construction and has worked for some of the largest developers and civil contractors in the southeast. His clients include Home Depot, Walmart, and the Georgia DOT. He is responsible for the daily operations of the asphalt milling, and paving work at Scarbrough Paving, LLC.

OUR CERTIFICATIONS
GDOT Certified Contractor | Pending Approval- Application In Progress
We are applying for pre-certified by the Georgia Department of Transportation to provide asphalt construction services in 2021.
WBE Certification | Pending Approval - Application In Progress
We are in the process of applying for WBD/DBE Certification with the State of Georgia and hope to have our certification by summer of 2021.
